• Issued: 15th of each month
• Space reservation: 23rd of prior month
• Artwork: 28th of prior month

Classified space reservation and artwork: 25th of prior month

Deadlines falling on the weekend or holiday require response on the Friday prior.

• 15% discount for 12 consecutive months signed contract
• 10% discount for 6 consecutive months signed contract
• 15% discount off base rate for Political/Church/Non-Profit advertising

The tabloid-size newspapers are distributed free-of-charge to every homeowner and property owner in their respective communities. They are mailed to out-of-state residents who are currently building their home and will be moving into one of our communities in the near future. The hyper-local editorial content comes directly from the residents and homeowner’s associations of each community. The highly personalized editorial content ensures a long shelf life and the average pass-along readership is 2.5.

The online edition is available for free and contains all the articles and photos seen in the printed version plus valuable related links. We offer display, classified and insert advertising in all our monthly newspapers.
